Blue Monday... doesn't have to be so blue.
Today, Monday 18th January, is considered 'Blue Monday', and is felt by some to be the most miserable day of the year. Whether you buy into this or not, it is safe to say that many people are struggling this year more than ever. Let this be a reminder that it is ok not to be ok.
SRC Infrastructure would like to suggest 5 things you could do to lift your mood. Remember these can be used as a pick-me-up any day of the year!
Get some exercise
Go out of your way to make someone else smile
Take some time to do something to make yourself smile
Take 10 minutes for a virtual cuppa with your team
Take a moment of mindfulness
